Success Stories
I spent three amazing months in kinnic falls. I’m still in touch with a brother… 38 years sober. If not for kinnic I’m simply not here. God bless.
I really appreciate all the kindness and patience of these kind and caring people they went above and beyond to help me get my life together and help me come to terms with my personal issues they are simply awesome and I feel blessed to have gone there.
Kinnic Falls offered me so much… The setting was gorgeous, and it gave me the space I needed to make the changes and do the healing I needed to do. It was the space, the support…everything. I used the counseling staff, the groups, the AA/NA meetings in town – I put myself into it. I even had a kind of spiritual awakening while I was at Kinnic Falls. I went to the library, checked out some books… The people you meet at a place like Kinnic Falls, the cohort you have, they’re like mirrors. They help you understand yourself, and you can offer them insights, too. That group…it was so important.
I went through Kinnic Falls May-Sept 1987, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I’ve been sober 32 years and credit much of it to this wonderful place.
Like so many people, drugs and alcohol took over my life. My whole life was on a downward slide. Today, I am Clinical and Operations Director at Kinnic Falls. This would never have happened without the skill and training of the clinical staff who worked with me during my stay there. Their skills provided the tools I needed to turn around my downward slide and to finally manage my addiction and keep it in remission. I take great pride in being part of Kinnic’s mission to provide high-quality care to individuals who, like me, are struggling with addictions.
