With a background that blends real-world experience and clinical training, I offer a grounded and practical approach to therapy. My work is centered on you. I take a client-focused, collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to your goals, values, and lived experience. I draw from a range of evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-focused care, always with the intention of finding what works best for you and your needs.
