Phase 2 Recovery
Your New Home for Recovery and Discovery
In addition to newly renovated comfortable rooms for 52 clients, the building contains well-furnished open lounge areas for informal gatherings and structured meetings; a full-service dining area; counselor offices for one-on-one sessions and groups. The facility also has intimate TV lounges/libraries for relaxation, study and fellowship, and an office building houses facility staff, provides functional meeting rooms, and presents an inviting welcome to visitors and guests.
Our facility is located on an expansive property which includes a volleyball court, basketball hoop, a shelter for bicycles and outdoor patios and gazebos. Kinnic Falls is bordered by walking paths next to the Kinnickinnic River.
Beyond their stay, clients may opt for an extension of their program in the nearby Sober House facility.
Our Treatment Approach
Our program is designed for adult men seeking recovery from alcohol and chemical dependency who have completed primary treatment and desire supportive rehabilitation services to achieve long-term sobriety. Caring, licensed counselors guide clients through a personalized recovery program that includes assessments, individual counseling and group counseling in a safe, structured environment.
Kinnic Falls centers its program on the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous with an emphasis on personal honesty and responsibility. Comprehensive counseling includes individual and group therapy as well as assistance with psychological, spiritual, vocational and educational issues. Guidance with concerns such as relationship-building, homelessness and multiple addictions is offered while concentrating on sustained recovery during this stage when clients are vulnerable to relapse. We welcome and treat clients who have co-occurring mental health conditions.
Cost and Insurance Information
Cost of care is the responsibility of the client but may be arranged through county agencies in Minnesota and Wisconsin, Minnesota PMAPs, employee assistance programs, or self-payment.
Eligibility and Admission Requirements
We mostly serve adult men who are transitioning out of primary treatment. However, if you are not currently in inpatient care and/or have recently been in a higher level of care and believe Kinnic Falls is the right next step for you, please Contact Us.
